Fireworks Safety
Fireworks are regulated products. Follow current local law, product instructions and directions from competent authorities.
Choose lawful products and sellers
Buy only permitted fireworks from appropriately licensed sellers and check product labeling. Ask the retailer to confirm permissions and any restrictions in your area. Products described as green crackers still require compliance with applicable approvals and rules.

Follow manufacturer instructions. An adult should supervise; keep children and bystanders at a safe distance. Use only suitable open areas away from people, buildings and combustible materials. Keep water, sand or appropriate fire-safety equipment nearby.
Do not alter or retry
Never modify, combine or manufacture fireworks. Do not relight a failed firework. Do not use damaged products; follow the manufacturer's safety guidance and contact the retailer.
Storage and community
Store according to package directions, away from heat, children and combustible materials. Observe current local timing, noise and environmental restrictions, including any festival specific directions. Rules can differ by place and date; check with local authorities.
