Information collected

The site holds product IDs and quantities in your browser for cart and wishlist. The existing WhatsApp form asks for name, mobile, delivery address and optional note and composes a message to open in WhatsApp; we do not store those form fields on this website. Contact or complaint details entered into the new forms are not submitted or stored. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those services and the recipient may process the message.

Your browser/network may transmit IP address, device and browser details as part of ordinary website delivery. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics also receives page visits, device and browser details and an approximate location to help us understand how the site is used. No advertising tracker is used.

Purposes and sharing

Local shopping preferences keep your cart and wishlist available on the same device. We use contact information you voluntarily send for support, retailer introductions or responding to complaints. Where necessary, we may pass a relevant enquiry to Astrocrackers for response; the partner retailer handles its own transaction and privacy practices. No automated order is created by this site.

Cookies and third parties

A preference cookie remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept optional cookies; no marketing cookies are used. Cart and wishlist use browser local storage, not cookies. WhatsApp and externally loaded fonts may process technical data under their own policies when used. If you choose a language other than English, the page text is sent to Google Translate (Google LLC) to be translated; English pages are never sent.

Retention, security and international processing

Browser data remains until you clear site storage. Messages sent to email, WhatsApp or a retailer are retained according to the receiving party's practices and any applicable legal requirements; no fixed retention period is asserted before operations are confirmed. We aim to protect information against unauthorized access, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed secure. External services may process information outside India; review their terms before sharing sensitive details.

You may clear browser data and manage cookies through your browser or the cookie preferences control. To request access, correction or deletion of information actually held by us, or withdraw permission for future communications, contact pattasukadai-customercare@amgowth.com. Requests may be subject to applicable legal obligations. This website is not intended to solicit personal details from children; adults should supervise use.

Indian privacy law status

As of 5 October 2026, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and 2025 Rules have phased commencement; do not assume every substantive obligation has taken effect. The 2025 Rules published in November 2025 commenced rules 1, 2 and 17 to 21 immediately, rule 4 one year later, and rules 3, 5 to 16 and 22 to 23 eighteen months later. Applicable existing laws continue to matter. This policy will be updated if practices or legal duties change.
